Jev webinar video
I hosted a webinar on the 20th talking about the Jev model, which is a new AI decision model that works well in responding quickly to simple questions to a particular piece of information.
This model has been talked about quite a lot recently when it was introduced, as it helps in a lot of workflows where it can be an alternative that’s faster and cheaper than LLMs.
It has also spurred a lot of competing decision models, including of course Open Weights alternatives.
You can see the recording of the webinar here. Hope you find it interesting!
I went through the cases and the Python code demonstrating it a bit quickly (though the code is available in GitHub here), but this Saturday I’ll be hosting a longer workshop describing how and when to create AI Agents that will include tools like Jev but also others like MCPs, as well as discussion on how to use Coding Agents (Cursor, Codex, etc) in a better way.
You can check it out on this link, that also includes a discount if you sign in. While the workshop will be recorded, if you’re interested, you’ll need to sign in before to access it after it.
